The geezer is called Kerry Kayes. He knows more about nutrition and weight/muscle/fat maanagement than anyone I know. If any of you have ever useed any products called Chemical Warfare/Chemical Nutrition or Dorian Yates Approved;well that's basically Kerry Kayes' company. He used to operate with a notorious bodybuilder called Paul Borressen,who unfortunately died a few years ago. Kerry himself was a Mr Britain many years ago. kerry kayes is alright, but he has ricky doing body building type workouts (chest and back one day, legs and core the other etc) which is not very good, but if its working for him then who am i to say they are not good!

Against Urango he was ill. Anyone who saw the British broadcast clearly saw he was ill in the pre fight build up. His throat was fucked.

Hatton is one of the hardest trainers in the world. He is in the elite group of guys like Mayweather. He doesn't just stay in shape or go through the motions. He does nutty shit.
