Im training for Half Marathons and will be running the London Marathon next year here is my current schedule
Sunday 13-16 Mile run or 35 mile cycle
Monday 40 Minute run followed by an Hour Swim
Tuesday Weights
Wednsday 8-10 Mile Run
Thursday Weights
Friday either an hour swim or 10 mile run
Is this a tough enough schedule?

are you a member of a running club ??
a bloke i used to run with joined one and i think he only ran with them once a week,but he didn't half improve !!

Yes im a member of a Triathlon club and i run with them once a week and i have found i have improved greatly because im mesuaring myself against experienced and excellent runners and more then holding my own and its given me alot of confidence.

i'm not criticizing ,i'm just asking because i always had trouble combining weights with other sports .ie boxing,running cycling and wondered about the benefits.its too fuckin' late now anyway !!
