i heard this did very good numbers, anyone know the exact figures?

and watching Katsidis the other night, what a perfect fight for Khan. a respected opponent who will enhance his standing that he can out-box (if he performs well) just the perfect style for khan and katsidis wants the fight.

He's a pretty big one as well, with a punch. Unfortunately I dont think Fwank will let Khan anywhere near him for risk/reward purposes, which is a shame because it would be a quality fight that could really go either way.

Khan needs the Prescott rematch before he can even dream of stepping up

A big punching, swarming pressure fighter with buckets of stamina and the lightweight strength to push Khan around.........I don't think that sounds a perfect style for Khan at all.

surreal deal

I dont agree. If Khan wins a belt, then the Prescott rematch would be far bigger as a 'world' title fight, and more importantly its better for Prescott. He's earned the payday and opportunity that a World title rematch with Khan would bring.
Its better for Prescott if he has something to gain rematching Khan..i.e. a bigger payday and World title belt.
What does Prescott gain otherwise? He wont be THAT well paid.

No he doesnt, Prescott does absolutely nothing for Khan IMO.

well surely a comprehensive win for khan redeems him in the view of those who dont believe in him, showing the KO to be a caught cold shock. bernard dunne did the same and he won a world title against a good fighter who had previsouly beaten the man in the division.

in his own mind too

would display a lot of character

Khan does not need to fight anyone. He has already proven himself to be the greatest boxer in the sports history.

I have to disagree.

A rematch win against Prescott would be massive for Khan, reptutation wise and finance wise - I mean c'mon, can you imagine the "revenge" angle that ****** and Sky would work on this one; Joe Public fans would be crawling over one another to buy the PPV.

He could have the Olympians and Frankie Gavin on the undercard

The Prescott rematch will never happen, Khan would literally shit his pants if he saw Prescott again.

It would be suicide to fight Prescott again!

Prescott knows that he can KO Khan everytime, who knows whether he could do it quicker next time?

Indeed.

Just saying it would do big numbers if it was made.

Some people would probably pay the £15 just to see that.
