I saw him against DLH and although he got beaten up he still had some good shots to throw, he caught DLH with a hellacious uppercut at some point I remember. Vargas didn't even throw a meaningful punch against Mosley.....

Both fighters have seen better days, but Vargas always had and always will have better technique and better defence. At this weight, Mayo is no match for Vargas IMO.
