anyone ever tried this?

For my rotator cuff i tried this, got a tennis ball, put it against the wall and rubbed it around with the back of my shoulder, feels great.

yes,tried it on my piriformis and your right it does work

yep & having a one cure for all back pain, is like ordering wheels for your car & saying, please can i have 4 wheels for my car?... sure, what kind of car?.. it doesnt matter! just 4 wheels for my car.
i went to the physio with back pain, along with about 5 doctors & had 3 scans. nobody told me about this.

Nope dont have back pain, never said i did.
got reffered to a physio by my General Physician, PT diagnosed me with a rotator cuff injury and told me i have knots in the back of my shoulder and that i should massage the trigger points with a tennis ball.

No it doesn't, its a book about trigger points around your body, ever get a deep tissue massage?

If the problem is muscle knots it will, if not there's one less possibility. I don't see how it could be a bad thing.

i used my finger on the pressure point in my shoulder after having a stiff neck and it worked a treat.you can actually feel the muscle relax can't you :good:good.it has the same effect as a tens machine

I just glanced through the back pain part and nowhere does it say, its a magical cure.
