I don't think it is a case of Khan can't fight. In fact when he is overmatched he can look devastating similar to a flat track bully like Oscar De La Hoya used to be. I think he struggles when he is in a true contrst when he is not so much physically bigger, against similar quick hands etc. His chin will always be a concern. From what I have seen to date Kotelnik should win and Khan is not ready for the cream of the 140 pounds division. I am not sure why ****** has made this match. It may be that there is something we are not aware of
