Yeah, I can't stand either of these guys. I think I less Diaz less, though. What a prick.

Diaz is such a sloppy striker, but Shamrock is beyond done.

That was a turd of a fight. They both punch like girls I think Chris Cyborg has beeter striking. Frank looked like Ken. Not impressed with either of these turds.

I know I'm sick of hearing how he is such a good boxer.

Yeah, when Pat Militech said Diaz punched like an elite boxer, I fell off my chair. He throws wild, winging arm punches. They certainly worked tonight because of his huge reach advantage, but it took him 120 punches to put Shamrock down.

Nick Diaz is awkward, but that's to his benefit. I thought he was quality tonight, and put on a good show as the underdog.

So Diaz actually won? WTF

What was quality about him. He landed 42% of his punches and got hit by 52% of Shamrocks. The only thing he did better was throw 200 more punches. They where all weak little boy punches, no power all arm.

I didn't realize how much smaller Shamrock looks compared to Diaz. It also looked like he had no plan what so ever on how to beat Diaz?

Shamrock is the reason he looked good.

Winning is winning, by an inch or a mile.

Shamrock is the reason he looked good.

ESPN took a poll of about 20 -25 current MMA fighters. About 2 of 3 picked Frank to win. The books had Frank to win. I realize Nick can be a punk, and that's why a lot of people hate him, but he won.

Each time Hamill fight, his standup style make me think of Diaz. It's not beautiful, but it work, yes. I was wrong before when saying he was ''awful''. He is doing something good, that's sure. Even if F.Shamrock wasnt the real F.Shamrock

I just seen the fight, wow was Frank brutal looking, his punches were slow and plodding and really looked his age..and then some. It looked like 2 broads trying to bitch slap each other. even when Frank lost to Le he looked faster and sharper then he did in this fight.

Set up maybe to pit frank and ken together?
What i mean is they were told to lose for a fight between THEM. names will still command some money.
Promoters dont want guys like Diaz losing.
Milk out of the Shamrock name what little is left? If anything...

No?

Sure you're retarded but that doesn't mean we won't get to see a Glamrock VS Glamrock fight.

That was one year ago. Frank has basically been on the shelf ever since. I think the absence of Maurice Smith in his corner didn't help Shamrock either.

That was one year ago. Frank has basically been on the shelf ever since. I think the absence of Maurice Smith in his corner didn't help Shamrock either. a year's not that long a time to explain the vastly different performances. don't know if it's 'getting old over night' but there was some reason that shamrock looked so harmless in the Diaz fight. I mean Diaz didn't look all that dangerous (with some of his loopy shots) and shamrocks spending most of his energy running away and throwing weak reaching punches. I gotta think some of the reason for the real bad showing is a big difference in confidence: frank had the broken arm, is another year older, different people around him, etc
