The most often? What fighters consistently knocked guys out to the point where you could count to 50, or a 100?
Marciano did this several times.
Who else?

Marciano was the first to enter my mind.
When Julian Jackson landed flush, the lights seemed to go out.

Sonny Liston-Albert Westphal- dropped like he been shot
Ezzard Charles-Bob Satterfield
Jersey Joe Walcott-Ezzard Charles III- Charles did not know where he was, it was like he had brain damage for 5 min after the fight was over
Julian Jackson-Herold Graham
Cleveland Williams-Jim Wiley- Wiley got to his knees at 10, starting crying then fall back flat on his face, while his asshole cornerman took like a good 30 seconds to enter the ring and help the poor bastard. A double left hook combination 33 seconds into the first round by Williams.
Henry Cooper-Joe Erksine III??? the fight where erksine lay dead hangin on the ropes looking like a corpse

It's rotation of the cranium that causes this type of coma.Marciano got incredible torque into his punches. In this aspect of his punching technique,he was as great as Louis.

Evander had the tools to get you out of there when he wanted to or really had to..
Moorer particularly at light heavyweight could too,
Mike Tyson has to be one of the most celebrated of heavyweights from the 80's / 90's era to have the tools to remove all senses too..
Mike Weaver had the firepower also, with Mike it sometimes was kill or be killed, he'd either get whacked early himself or get you outa there by the same means..
For a small heavyweight Herbie Hide had a Knockout punch, his legendary KO of Canadian heavyweight Conroy Nelson was absoutely phoenomenal...
Ray Mercer was too a KO puncher, in 1988 seoul Korea he was the only one of the USA Gold medalists to have a 100% KO ratio at the Olympics........

Fullmer wasn't out cold in the second Robinson fight.
Fullmer wasnt out cold?
"Never seen the punch coming,I dont know anything about the punch except I watched it on the movies a couple of times.I didnt know anything about being hit.I didnt know anything about being down.Robinson was over in the other corner I thought he was in great condition ,doing excercises between rounds.I didnt know it was even over, and my manager crawled in the ring,I said what happened? He said "They counted to ten ".
"Up till then I didnt know".Gene Fullmer.

I would say he was unconscious on his feet, judging by his remarks.
Out cold? How about Ernie Schaaf after Baer hit him in the last round, out for 12 minutes.Jack OBrien spark out his head in the resin box after Ketchel connected with a haymaker.

Being counted out doesn't mean you're out cold, genius.
Fullmer attempted to get up at the end. And was stumbling around, not out cold.

Try counting how many fouls Fullmer commited in this fight, aside from his usual headwork and low blows he landed rabbit punches with impunity ,no caution from the referee.
