Froch isn't that great but Taylor is all hype.... Froch to possibly take it on points. Taylor has never beaten a non past it fighter.....He may have got decisions against them though/

I was considering putting a fair amount on a Taylor decision but the odds aren't that good.

Froch wins if he makes Taylor feel his power shots early on. Taylor wins if he doesn't.

Taylor ud. Too sharp and his hands are too quick. Froch is sloppy.

Taylor in an embarrassingly lopsided UD. Froch is over-rated and his boxing skills are minimal. Calslappy speaks the truth:

maybe this will be a Colin Jones style come from behind win against Kirkland Laing

Froch getting outboxed comprehensively but keeps the pressure and presistence on Taylor then later on in the fight.....................BANG !!!!!!! and follow up and smash Taylor down.

Nah concerning the video posted

Calzaghe speaks alot of bitter drivel

First off - £5 million - if it has been offered to Calzaghe and he has turned it down - how does Calzaghe know that they cant produce the money - the offer was made and turned down

if Joe had accepted the offer and then they failed to deliever the money then fair enough

also I agree with Joe - that Froch should now forget about him and go and fight a Kelsser now and prove himself

I suspect Kelsser is overrated as Calzaghe who is a weak puncher hurt him at times

I would not be surprised if Froch KO'd Kelseer - defentetly got the power to hurt him

Kelseer held in high regard beacause he went 12 rounda with Calzaghe

so did Sakio Beker - and the rest

everyone goes 12 round with Joe

Joe was sure he could beat Hopkins because he beat a young lion like Kelseer and found out that Hopkins was a level above Kelseer

as for Joe slagging of Froch about you need to fight a world class fight before you can call yourself a world champion

this is just bitter drivel I'm afraid

Calzaghe won a WBO title from a fading Eubank and then followed up fighting old guys like Jimenez at the Caridff Ice rink in the early days

Froch was a mandtaory and won the WBC title

there is alot more credit in Froch becoming world champion than Calzaghe did

although Eubank was a good opponet - there is no need to slag of Froch who beat a good young fighter in Pascal

Dont get me wrong - I was a Calzaghe fan during his career - he was a proud welsh warrior

But in fairness - he is a bitter sod as well - and always shows a ugly side to his personailty

he was very jealous when Froch won the WBC title and wants Froch to lose every fight he has now

I have an avatar bet on Froch, because you have to back the Brits and will be cheering him on.

I have a cash bet on Taylor, because I personally price the fight as 3/5 Taylor, 9/5 Froch whereas Bet 365 opened their book with Froch as favourite and Taylor as evens, so I piled on at that price.

9/5 equates to about 33% chance of Froch winning.

Froch wins on points stunning Taylor along the way. However, I will be rooting for Taylor.

Taylor should school him. He SHOULD be able to see Carl's looping, telegraphed shots from a mile away as a former middleweight. People that think Carl is going to do a Pavlik could be sadly mistaken, Pavlik puts on technical pressure with far superior handspeed. Carl is a single punch merchant.

Froch has the power that just about keeps him in the fight, but I expect the double jab-right hand of Taylor to be bouncing of Froch's head all night.

Taylor via very wide UD. Froch just isn't very good.

Unless Talyor had had enough of boxing, gets lazy/ fatigued and walks onto a right hand I think he'll outpoint Froch.

I'm just not that sure that Taylor wants to still be fighting these days.

i can see Froch forcing himself on Taylor and getting a stoppage, the further the fight goes though the more chance Taylor has coz hes a better athlete and boxer, Froch gets proper fatigued around the mid stage..

But Froch is coming into this fight as an undefeated champion, so he'll have loads of confidence and will to win.

i got a feeling Froch will win, just like i got a feeling Hatton will win

A month back about 70% picked Froch.

2 weeks ago about 60% picked Froch.

Now it's 50/50.

Interesting.
