I have Cheny vs Coleman and during the bout Shannon Taylor does some commentary and express an interest in facing Cheny down the line.Why didn't they fight and if they would have fought who would have won?

Taylor had a victory in the amatuers over spike after he had won a silver medal at the olympics.
