This fights slipped under the radar a bit this weekend (obviously due to much bigger fights, Froch Taylor, Lindsay Appleby etc) but just wondered if anyone else was looking forward to it, what anyone else thinks?
I have more of an interest as I'm going tonight, and to be honest i'm not too fussed with the headline fight, should be entertaining enough I like Broadhurst, think he can go far, and as we know these Ghanian's are tough (how many times do we hear that lol). Think Broadhurst should win a clear UD.
Its nice to see the Sky camera's back in my hometown (first time since the Wayne Elcock Darren McDermott "fight") and theres some good local lads on the bill.
Swindon's much fancied Jamie Cox takes on Telford's Mark Lloyd in a British Title eliminator (remember Lloyd was offered the shot at Brook only for firstly the BBBoC and secondly Sky to put the blocks on that).
English Middlewieght champ Darren McDermott fights a 6 round warm up fight in preparation for his Commonwealth title shot at Darren Barker next month.
Marcus Portman steps in the ring for the first time since losing to Bradley Pryce for the Commonwealth title last year.
Also local favourites Rob Kenney, Jamie Ball and Rob Hunt all in action.
