Kostya Tszyu Vs Zab Judah. After the 1st round i thought it would only be a matter of time before Tszyu gets stopped. Then bam! Not only does Tszyu knock him out, he also makes Zab dance as well.

Yeah I know... but I still had heaps of doubts due to the injuries and long lay off. Maybe I was the only one who got that feeling from watching that fight.

Gavin Rees not only beating Souleymane M'Baye but beating him so clearly .:good big props to gavin i was expecting a boxer vs slugger fight but man gavin just turned into a completly unhitable target that night hope he stays at it.

another brit one would be...carl thompson stopping rothmann.rothmann was a great cruiseriwght champion and a hard man to beat tall for the wieght speedy hands and moved like ali...well he beats up thompson horriby making carl go into his shell.he was absoltly getting a missisipi ass wooping that night

then as carl is on the ropes rothmann jabs and releases a combo while carl tries to block and move.then carl moves away trying to get some distance then a snappy quick surprising jab-cross from thompson makes rothmanns knees buckle drop face first.and get up at 8 seconds later but was in no way to continue.

i think carl only won 1 round out of that fight before this

At least 3 people were responsible for Foreman "regaining" the title, and none of them were actually Foreman.

Care to elaborate?

You obviously havent boxed before have you.

Corrales was geting owned and punished very badly. When he won that fight i sat in my loungeroom in sydney australia only saying one sentence for the next 10mins.

WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED..

i have been in 7bouts..7 and 0..3ko's

My last fight i broke my nose and fractured my jaw,all from one punch in the 4th in a 6rounder.I had to dig in with the pain to win that fight 4-2rounds...

but shit i couldnt imagine the courage diego corrales showed in that bout.If you had boxed in your life you would understand the magnitude of that victory..

Can anyone say, and the new Undisputed Welter Weight Champion, Ricky "The Hitman Hatton.

Now that would be fucking something. That would shock the boxing world.

But watch they would all and I mean all would act like they predicted. FUCKING HYPOCRITES!
Req you seem to make a lot of generalisations about ESB. Yes there are some stupid posters but there are a lot of good posters as well who know their boxing. Comes off like you have a bit of a chip on your shoulder. Can I ask, is this your prediction that Hatton will beat Floyd?

Having watched very few fights live the best moment where nobody (except me :yep) thought he could pull it off was when Hatton beat Tzsyu, I was watching it at home with my bro and my mate and I went mad, I couldn't beleive he had stood toe to toe and got the better of one of the hardest punchers ever at 140.

Come this December ill have the same feeling.....

I'm predicting for the upset too. I think Floyd feels Hattons physical strength and punching power early causing him to turtle up be much to cautious and Hatton therefore outworks him stealing the rounds off pure aggression..Thats my call on that fight hehe :good Go Ricky!!! Go Cotto!!! Cus you know all you mofos want to see Cotto vs Ricky in the most awesome fight ever! bahaha

Is it normal for someone to get a title shot when you just get completely embarasssed in a boxing match?

Sometimes.

He got a shot at the WBO title and lost (by decision) to a highly ranked guy 20 years his junior.

He then got another shot at another top ranked opponent, again much younger and he beat him to regain a piece of the title at almost 45 years old.

A pretty big accomplishment in most people's books.

You should link up with Senya13. He didn't figure that big George should have got his first crack at the title against Frazier. You two might have much in common.

This is such garbage compared to some of the great fights posted, but one of my top "WTF!" moments was the 360 degree turn/ left (right? damn I can't remember) hook combo Emmanuel Augustus landed on Courtney Burton. Speaks volumes about how predictable Burton's head movement was, and what a freaking nut Augustus is. Love his crazy ass.
