weird thing is, I have to disagree with you Achilles! Yup, me disagreeing about a scotsman beating an englander!

If Burns fights like he did aginst Johanneson, I dont see him beating many fighters. Burns is a fantastic defensive fighter, but he shocked & saddened me by brawling in his last fight. Burns needs to get back to doing wht he does best, being elusive & using his skills, like he did when he schooled Earl.

But Im worried about Burns, cos I fear hes going to drop the elusive style that made him so good in the first place.

I thought Burns problem against Johannesson that he couldn't really hurt Carl, so Carl just outworked and walked through him. Carl never outjabbed him though.

Burns and Carl were opposites. Carl just fought his fight better. Carl stayed brawling but Burns never stayed boxing. Carl went to the body like he should, Burns didn't. Carl came to enforce his power, Burns didn't come to enforce his speed. Carl fought the better fight.
