i only use Facebook to keep in touch with trainers and that

like i spoke and met a trainer down in London through Facebook and i have got in conatct with afew more as i do want to one day turn pro.

Looks like facebook can come in really handy then. I've got one but really can't be arsed to use it half the time.

least i got some tips from him
