Get themselves down the wild card gym to spar and beg Freddie Roach to train them?:patsch

it will work for khan because he has bags of talent, ambition and money
not many others have all these attributes
It would be a good test to go in for a bit of sparring, if they get their arses handed to them give up and become a postie.

there is a few young irish guys there alright, and that young scot prospect is there too

Craig McEwan is there but wasnt there a guy on 24/7 who was scottish who sparred with Pac

Yeah, it worked well for Alex Arthur. He put up a great performance in losing to a journeyman, Roach did very well there.
I'm not saying it works for everyone but i'm sure the sparring would be a good guage of possible success.

Gary Young I think.
Bernard Dunne puts quite a bit of his success on going to America when he was young and training with Freddie Roach at the Wildcard gym, the quality of sparring there is simply phenomenal.

yeah from an Irish point of view he's trained Bernard Dunne( who has done over 300 rounds of sparring with pacman) and steve collins and at the moment another young Irish lad called dean byrne is a member there..
