Seems a good lad to me. No malice in it at all, and he's pretty good at trashtalking.

As long as he keeps fighting often and backing up his words with performances I have no problem.

The problem is that a lot of the washed up heavyweights in the UK lack hunger, which is something Fury has a lot of.

He could probably take Michael Sprott, Danny Williams and Audley Harrisson within a span of two months and beat them all.

It doesn't mean he's the next P4P king, but he's got what it takes to be the best domestic fighter in his division (obviously without counting David Haye).

I think the reason he talks this much is because he's really up for it at the moment and wants to prove himself.

Michael Sprott called him out and we heard nothing about it from Fury. He also lies about his fight with Price saying he knocked him down when he did not.

I'd love to see Pricey knock him out.

As it stands though, he's active. Which is more than most of our prospects so I'm with TFFP on this one. So long as he keeps fighting on a regular basis and gradually improves his level of opposition then I dont see anything wrong with his trash talking.

But I'd love to see Pricey knock him out.

"What does Frank Maloney know about heavyweight boxing".

This the same Frank Maloney that was a certain Lennox Lewis promoter?

He's a heavyweight phenom and future world champion. He has awesome power and lightning quick hands for a big man. He also has film star good looks and charisma too.

Of course, this is all according to Jim Rosenthal and those at ITV4. Let's not forget that ITV have no money at all and would hype up Charlie Zelenoff to sell advertising time.

I don't see a problem with him.

Already straight into 6x3's, and fighting people capable of hitting him back.

What is the problem?

Better that than fighting the likes of Kristian Laight or Billy Smith over and over again in four rounders :deal

I thought this clown has stopped talking ever since he punched himself in the face last time out.
Harrison sparks him.

I think the guys great. Love the confidence he has. He's been keeping really busy fighting good standard fighters for his current level and he's getting his name out in the public. He's probally 4th or 5th most knowen boxer in Britain right now. You got to give him credit.

I actually want to see Fury vs. Harrison

Harrison gets a lot of stick but on his day he is very capable, his demolition of Williams was awesome.

Am I the only one who actually likes Tyson Fury's trash talking ?

He's disrespecting the current crop of HW's because they DESERVE it.

Good on him and people like Haye bringing excitement back to the marquee division, he's going about it the right way aswell, fighting regulally against some pretty decent people for only 6 fights in.

Around about his 10th fight I'd like to see him fight someone like Sprott or Harrison.

I'd stick him in with Harrison now.

Leave Sprott and Williams for a short while longer, however, as Rico/Zakman said.

Actually, that's the opposite of the problem that Sprott, Williams and Skelton have.

This kid, other than David Haye, Chris Arreola and Brian Minto, is about the only fighter that interests me at HW. I've tuned in to watch every fight he has had so far, and I will continue to do so! If he keeps up at the pace and rate he is going, he will be contending for the British HW crown before the year is over, and if he succeeds, he will continue to press on, and into the HW elite.

I think Price/Fury would be a great fight too. But remember, alot of 'revenge of the amateur' matches have failed in the pros. Remember Tyson/Tillman? Tillman beat Tyson in the amateurs, but was vaporized in the pros. Whose to say Price will against Fury? Because he defeated a guy who had 100+ losses? I dont think so. That makes this hypothetical not a given.

I just dont see why anyone is getting excited about this knob. He is just a big heavy handed gippo, your average HW from the states would chew him up and spit him out inside 6, he will never progress beyond Euro level IMO. He is crude and has virtually no skill. He's just big, big mouth, big tits, big fall waiting to happen. Anyone even semi-accurate will spark him out.

And as for his so called 'film star looks', i'm no Flint but he looks an ugly cunt to me?!

I agree with you, like Froch his trash talk has an element of reasoned analysis behind it!
