yeah but he was young and it wasnt proper MMA rules, no strike on the ground, and we can tell his cardio wasnt good in this fight.

Rings was an early MMA organization where many fighters honed their MMA technique. Off the top of my head everyone from Dan Henderson to Nogueira to Fedor to Ricardo Arona to Randy Couture to Renzo Gracie to Maurice Smith fought there at one time or another.

That's the old promotion that Fedor used to fight for in the early days. Alot of guys fought in it Fedor, Big Nog, Couture, Arona, Babalu, Hendo etc.

I thought Bas spent years kicking ass in Pancrase? As far as I'm aware they were two separate promotions.
