who is the guy you'd least like to fight/most like to fight

Everyone does it unless they are the fighter supreme like say Ray Robinson. Ali was also cut from the same fearless mold. But most fighters out there do avoid other fighters, go around and make safer picks.

In the early 20th century, white hevyweight champions ducked the black contenders.

Chavez ducked Camacho

Leonard clearly ducked Hagler and Nunn

If I had to duck a fighter regardless of weight, it would have been prime Cuevas. Getting stopped was one thing but Pipino didnt leave anything left of a fighter.

Chavez is another type I would avoid. Dont know if I could hold him off too long with that hard head of his

Most like to fight-Benitez

Going by my size and what weight I would of fought at, I would have ducked SRR, Duran, Pryor, and Hearns.

In the shape I am in now? Eric Crumble is who I'd fight.

Who would I avoid? A prime Foreman or Tyson. They'd have to pay me 50 million, so at least 49.7 million of the money could go to my loved ones after the funeral expenses.

PBF.

Thats taking into account that my type of fighting mold is 5-8 140 with the Power of Tszyu and the speed and skill of Pacman.

And i would whoop is fucking ass and shut his mouth once and for all.

If I were a boxer I would have fought as a 140-147 boxer in the 1990's
If I were any good i would be the avoided one. Do you think Kosta Tziu, Prenell Whitaker, Oscer De La Hoya, Ike Qurtay or Felix Trinidad would want to lose to a skinny/nerdy Jewish guy?:D:lol:

1980s during the prime of Camacho. Hector is definitely one guy that was comonly avoided by the other top fighters. Most people of today dont know this. Hector with his blinding speed was so fast he could put a man on the deck before he blinked. That's how fast he was. And the punches you dont see are some of the most damaging. This is what made him feared as he was

Hector with his speed wouldve made a fool of him judging by the Pernell and Taylor fights. Pernell wouldve never avoided him tho. The only problem is he came in pro boxing too late

No way did Robinson duck him. that's just hearsay but without the proof. I read that article in the early 80s in those bullspit articles. people like Farhood and those types influence a lot of people but they never come up with anything to back thier claims. I've seen Burley for myself and concluded and he's nothing to sterr clear of if you're Ray Robinson

I'm not suggesting Robinson blatantly ducked either, nor am I suggesting Williams or Burley would definately beat him. But Robinson had guys he could of fought and didn't for whatever reason, something you don't seem to acknowledge. Burley would of given Robinson a tough fight no doubt, he was an excellent fighter and arguably top 15 P4P of all-time.

I would have ducked SRL!! The guy always finds a way to win, is multi talented and can dance to the beat of any drum in there. A nightmare!!!

I'd go after guys like Camacho and Terry Norris, on one hand we have a suspect heart and the other a suspect chin.

The one guy I would of hated to fight would of been Frazier. I would of ducked him like a bitch admittedly.

A genuine 15 round pressure fighter, works 3 minutes a round aswell, backs you up, makes it hard for you to time him and hits you hard. The damage he did to Muhammad Ali was evident. Look at the damage he did to Chuvalo in their fight aswell.

You could say the same about Tyson but like I've said before, Tyson thrived on his opponent's fear. He wasn't immune to it himself, and if you stood up to him and showed you weren't intimidated you had a good chance.

Frazier on the other hand was fearless. You could not win a psychological battle against this guy. He would kick your in and out of the ring.

Fighters who like to inflict pain. Miguel Cotto per example.

from my style i would duck pressure fighters as they are alot stronger than me and i find them hard to cope with but a slow brawler suits me well and makes me look like the second coming of Locche.

I'm not a fighter, but I think fighting Whitaker would be a fucking nightmare.

How ironic. "Always finds a way to win" except for those two men that schooled him are the same ones you want to pick fights with

you must be as dumb as you look in those photos

Well, the fact that you hold these two examples up with relish and importance tell us all we need to know, really.

Caught like a rat in a trap, yet again :yep

Tyson didnt care if you wont he psychological battle. Ask:

Razor Ruddock,
Pinklon Thomas,
Tony Tubbs,
Larry Holmes,
Jose Ribalta,
Tyrell Biggs

All of which showed absolutely no fear but soon found out that not being afraid of him means jack. Frankly Tyson wasn't some large imposing HW. His opponents were fearful of him because of what he did to previous opponents. So if you were a boxer and you were not intimidated then it wouldnt matter.

There's plenty I would have ducked gladly. Just to name a few:

Smaller fighters - Duran (dirty & just plain good), the Mexican bantam KO kings Oliveras, Zarate & Pintor (who wants to get KOed?).

Larger fighters - Ali (his reach & the way he used it - opponents couldn't hit him at his range but he just danced and teed off repeatedly), Tyson (probably wouldn't wake up til the next day).

Calzaghe as SMW. I wouldn't want to be humiliated and beaten by someone like that.

I think Hearns and Winky Wright were stylistically nightmarish for almost anyone.

If I was a boxer, especially a superbantamweight in the mid to late 70's, you know who I would want no part of..none other than Wilfredo Gomez. I respect all boxers, especially champions, and don't want to consign any one as a pushover, but if I was a boxer, and by that I mean a scientific type boxer, I would go after a guy like Maxie Rosenbloom, who, whether you beat him or not, most likely wouldn't hurt you.
