Who is the man in K1 right now?
You mean the most dominant ? Semmy Schilt.
But Schilt recently got beat by Badr Hari.
However this guy rarely gets beaten by anyone & i'll personally never jump on the Hari bandwagon because he was humiliated by Alistair Overeem a few months ago.
Schilt would probably kill Hari in a rematch. Just like Lennox did against Rahman.
Another very dominant fighter is Buakaw Por Poramuk.
Kobayashi Masato is also dominant in K1...
and of course , Andy Souwer.

At this very moment I'd say Remy Bonjasky. He hasn't lost since 2007 and WGP champion and didn't get beaten by a mixed martial artist who came to K-1 for shits and giggles. Schilt has lost 'it' recently being blown out by Hari and beaten by Aerts. Therefore I think he is the 'man' to beat.
For MAX, like boxingcar said it's always those same three really Buakaw, Masato and Souwer. Although theres a very decent Italian coming through Giorgio Pertrosyan. Has a win over Souwer already and a draw with Buakaw and has looked very good. Very skilled fighter and with some power to boot. Fights Albert Kraus next. It will be good to see how well he does and if he lives up to expectations.
I think the 'man' in K-1 and kickboxing in general changes all the time. It's so easy to lose a fight even against someone you would be a clear favourite to beat.

To me Schilt was the man but he lost to Hari.
But Hari recently got knocked out by Overeem so he ain't the man.
But Overeem lost ( controversial ) to Bonjasky so he ain't the man.
Bonjasky 'won' the title by DQ, wich becomes a bit irritating by now so to me he ain't the man.
And Aerts just lost to Hari so he ain't the man. ( Altough he is a legend )
So to me nobody is the man right now what makes this year K1 really interesting.

I suppose, but I went with Bonjasky also because he was winning the fight with Hari when Hari went apeshit. And I think Bonjasky can beat Hari in most of their fights. He has excellent defence which is a must really and he has more than enough power to crack Hari's chin. But I would agree that it is really wide open. Same with MAX aswell actually. Tis what makes them so interesting.
