I hope that Faruk puts him away late into the fight after a controlled and dominant fight - maybe he can really go as far as the EBU (btw, this is for the EU) championship. he might very well do it...

I ve seen quite a lot of Shabani's fights live, but I cant really comment on his upcomming fight with the Italian based African Bundu as I have never seen one of the African's fights neither live nor on tv.

Shabani is a decent boxer with no great weak spots but neither does he have any outstandingly sharp weapons.

Good boxer who just lacks the special bit of magic to make some noise.

I will probably watch his fight with Bundu live in Germany's capital Berlin, artani!

Biggest fight in his career up to now! Lets wait and see whether he will be able to nail his true colours to the mast or not!

Shabani lost in a hard fought battle, UD 12.

What did you guys think of the fight? .. total bummer i thought Shabani had it in him but then again he has never went past 10 rounds

I watched their fight live. Could have gone either way. Difficult to score. Shabani looked good as long as he kept his Italian foe at bay with his jab,but he very often got the short end of the stick in close combat.Very close fight!
I was quite surprised that the judges scored that fight in favour of the Italian guest and not in favour of the hometown fighter.
Typical German robbery in open daylight! :D
