geale fought a great fight, a high pressure fight and let his hands go on every occassion, it would of looked very effective to the judges, he showed he had great skills in the fight, caught mundine by suprise a few times in the fight by the end of it, was a pretty skilled toe to toe fight...
mundine done his best work when urged by his team to get a move on, when he threw his punches they were cleaner and harder and were landing more flush, problem is i think hes lost any finishing instincts he had, he had a couple of times were he hurt geale not seriously but enough to put pressure on but released the valve and geale fought back great... there both talented enough to go to the states because they fought at a great pace and kept going for 12 rounds, there not big punches but they are very classy and hardly get trapped on the ropes....
mundine is weaker at middleweight, and definately has slowed in his movement, but he is still classy enough to give the top guys a good go for there money...

That said I lost count how many times Geale had his head snapped back by a sharp Mundine shot.

As for the tape, it wasn't deliberate, in fact the last two times the fight was stopped Mundine was on the offensive.

As for being a faggot, Geale running away immeadiately after the decision was given was like watching a little child having a sook.

What a great close fight it was. I was at a club 20 meters from the screen so couldn't really score the fight properly and gave up after about the 3rd round as each round was close and very hard to score.

I will say one thing. FUCK OFF DANNY GREEN AND NINA. If Mundine rematches anyone it should be Geale.

Geale did the correct thing by keeping up a very good workrate throughout the fight. This is what really troubled Mundine. Anthony probably landed the cleaner punches throughout but as i said Geale threw more and kept up a good workrate throughout. As someone mentioned earlier Barry Michael is still hanging from Mundine's nuts as he gave all close rounds to Anthony. Neither of these guys can punch at all at the elite level at 160 and i'm very confident that Sturm/Pavlik/Abraham would beat both Geale and Mundine. Hopefully this ends the stupid Green-Mundine rematch at 175 because seriously Anthony might struggle to beat Green if he has to move up to Green's weight of 175 now. Once again a great performance by Geale he really impressed me tonight.

Watch the Kessler fight EVERYONE including Hardcore Mundine fans agree he lost....Now listen to his score and by the last round he changes it because he knew if he had it that close it would look like he was a bias fool HE CHANGED his score after round 12 so it looked more correct.

NOW THATS BAD the guy is a joke and well i'll say this BRING BACK BRIGGS he is not the best but he is way better then all those guys tonight.

i think pretty much the only difference with my card and leons was that i gave mundine the last round for opening up and trying to take the round from the outset, and gave him another one of the early rounds, and i gave one of round 8-11 to geale fucked if i wanted to be judge in taht fight lol

Because of the close rounds, I knew it was gonna go Mandys way though. In a nutshell, Geale won the fight, but Mandy won the judges.:-(

I'm totally gutted, but props to both guys, it was a great competitive fight, much more so than Green/Mandy.

I just hope that the Mandy huggers realise that Geale is in the same class as Mandy, and gets the recognition he deserves.:deal

1st time i've seen Kurt Bahram fight and he was quite impressive in his points win.
The Bra Boy I think he was on the Mundine-Taylor undercard or a Fox card. I have seen him twice now and your right he looks a good prospect.

It wasn't that bad. Everyone knows Choc doesn't have the greatest undercards but his last two fights I haven't minded to be honest. Like the four rounders, a bit like twenty twenty cricket. The undercard to Katsidis-Ramirez was fucking atrocious.

Agree...he was very measured with sharp hard hitting....looked very much like a boxer but is going to need plenty of work across his next 6 to 10 fights to fine tune and really bring on a defined fighting style.

Gotta feel for Sloss, he looked way out of his depth in this fight.
