Telefutura, tonight. Is it safe to say that the loser of this battle should think about hanging up the gloves? Both have taken more punishment, especially in recent fights, than most would consider healthy.
Come to think of it, maybe the winner should do themselves a favor and retire on a high note too. :think

Anything that Yori Boy was going to do in boxing, he's already done. Now , he is just a stepping stone for guys like John Duddy, who won't accomplish half of what Campas has.
Bravo should definatly get another job, before he has more losses than wins, and soggy oatmeal where he used to have a brain.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing both of them hang it up, regardless of the result. Ilike both guys, Yory Boy more so for his ring accomplishments; Bravo because he seemed like a good guy on the Contender. Both have taken too much punishment lately, I hope neither guy is hurt tonight and they walk away with decent paydays.

I'm picking/hoping for YBC by quick, relatively painless stoppage.

Campas, if he has ANYTHING left, should wipe the floor with this guy. This is basically a record-padder for Yori-Boy to get maybe one more significant fight against a name fighter.

never liked campas, cause i always thought of him a quitter.
but you have to admire the shape he keeps in. 154 on the mark, after all these fights.
bravo looked like a deer in the headlights vs berto.
i pick campas to batter him into a 7th round stoppage.
a nice fun fight, but of no consequence.

115-114 Campas x3.
Fucking crap decision. Bravo won as many rounds if not one more, and Campas had a point deducted. Hopefully his struggle in this performance and the satisfaction of two straight wins will lead him to retire.
Poor Nito. This would have been a signature win, albeit over an old and very faded Yory Boy.

Thanks for the re-cap. Too bad about Nito; he could have used a decent win on his resume'. If the decision was really a bad one, that's a shame.
Why was a point deducted from Campas?

Pretty sure it was a low blow. He threw a few questionable bodyshots; but he also did a fair bit of clinching.
It wasn't a robbery or anything, but I thought Bravo won and I believe the crowd and commentators did as well. He seemed to be landing more frequently, and cleanly. Snapped Campas's head with many an uppercut. He was exhausted in the 10th and Luis almost put him away - think he was literally out on his feet twice, once with the ropes holding him up, but somehow he survived to the final bell. Campas looked like his usual self but in super-slow motion. He threw almost exclusively to the body, but from too far away to reach Nito, and without much snap - and anytime they got close Bravo would let his hands go and Campas would grab. With his hands being so low, he feasted on jabs, straight rights, and uppercuts all night. Really needs to take a step back and self-evaluate.

Thanks. My darn cable system doesn't offer Telefutura so I couldn't watch it.
