We have all heard the empty promises from Anthony over the last 2 or 3 years. Will he finally step up and if so who against.

I honestly believes he wants to....but he will aim for Sturm, which is fine by me.

No............and nobody.
Gotta hope the 'world domination' he's promised won't include Soliman IV, Hamden II, Taylor II or Taxidrivers III.

No he'll say he doesn't want to get robbed in Germany against Abe or Sturm. He'll say Kelly is a bum, look at what Hopkins did to him and that he wants Hopkins but Bernard is ducking him.

This is the first time I have been apart of this topic thats up for discussion...I hope Mundine can keep his word and step out of Australia to fight Sturm in Germany. He doesn't deserve to have the IBO belt but he'$$$$$ got it, so bye bye have a safe flight.

No he won't. He will do the rematch circuit; 1st Geale then Green, then call out pacman, then find out he's related & won't fight a brother.

The fight i really want to see is Mundine-Sturm because i don't think Anthony has any chance against either Pavlik or Abraham. Mundine-Sturm would be a good matchup with both guys very skilled. I would personally pick Sturm to beat Mundine at 160. Unfortunately i don't see Anthony stepping up to fight the big boys at either 160 or 168.

....followed by, in no particular order Soliman IV, Hamden II, Taylor II, Green II and his 40th birthday!

No he wont...he will step sideways....looking for a vacant belt or regular title fight against a top 6 to 15.
He wont beat the top 3 MW.....same as in SMW :-(
Ranked number 4 in the world in MW and SWM is fine by this little hugger :hi:

Why not? 2 judges awarded him the fight.
I personally had the fight a draw.

I voted no....but i dont care.
i woulsd rather have him pick off loose belts without an owner then get flattened.
i dont care about his promises - as long as he is fighting then good enough.
not a huge fan either way. but he is still an aussie with a chance of some sort of belt recognition

I just dont know mate.....I would think he waits until a vacant or regular title comes up....maybe only 6 or 8 months...thats only 2 safe fights
Taking on Sturm in Germany is a big risk....dont think Mundine will Ko Sturm so he would need to be so good on the night to get the win.
Got any inside mail?

Fight Darren Barker for his Commonwealth Middle strap , I would have a decent Shunt on Darren to Ko Mundine TFO but Mundine will probably rematch Kim or Chong again claiming everyone is ducking him , and if he is worried about getting jobbed over in """Da Fatherland" its simple , if he's as good as he constantly claims he is then KO Sturm and take it out of the cheating racist judges hands . That is all ...

Hello Kel , Yea i know what you mean but that would be a decent scrap, infact i would go as far to say it could be a tidy route for young Geale to take ( You know get back on the horse job ) , either permentation , Mundine v Barker , Barker v Geale or Geale v Mundine 2 would defo get my PPV quids if it were available to me . :good

If Sturm wants to fight Mundine.
He doesn't have to anymore cos Gevor is his mandatory, Mundine could be kept waiting till April 2010.

True, but "Official Challenger" (OC) he's not. Don't know why the WBA does that.

Yeah thought so....Mundine # 1 that is......look I wont complain as the WBA has been nice to Mundine....dont know if Mundine will be happy about missing out on Sturm...but I am happy about it.
I think Mundine should stay away from the top 3....pick off vacant belts and the like.....keep up the I am the best shit while making megga $ fighting top 5 to 15's
It will be good to see Sturms next fight....best of luck :good
Fuck Sturm, Mundine would beat him.
AA is strong as an Ox with the skills to match
Pavlik is a dangerous fight for Mundine as is Taylor.
Mundine should stay away from Paul Williams.

........being guided away from 'better' fighters is the reason he is detested by most.
I'd rather see Mundine fight Pav.. a better opponent than Sturm IMO... If he beats Pav, Mundine will need to grow an extra testicle.. One for Teke, one for Ash and one for me to hug.
I wondered how HalalPizzaManNassar got those pubes on his chin....!!!??!! lol

On a side note for the posters who have been here a while
Remember when Gav aka Boxa stated that Mundine would probably retire with a record of 35 - 4 :admin:admin:admin
It almost came true :lol::lol:

lol at people given Mundine a chance against Pavlik.
Pavlik has knocked out or stopped EVERY middleweight he has fought. Choc looks like ass at 160.
It's a mismatch. But it wont happen anyway.

Whats wrong with that?
I never said hes the best in the world.....I think hes better to pick off more vacant and regular titles against top 5 to 15 type fighters and keep winning.
I think being top 4 in 2 divisions is great.....Mundine has done so well.
The way you talk Sally if your not top 3 in the world you should give it away :patsch
