Hatton very late,i reckon he will grind castillo down and then Ko him,but would not be suprised if he losses,so i go for a hatton win KO rnd 9 or 10

I guess I like Hatton. I don't think he'll allow Castillo the room he needs to punch, and will just smother him en route to a decision victory.

Hatton will win. He is best when facing a fellow warrior.

I'm taking Castillo. Hatton should probably be favored, as he is. After watching Castillo's last fight, I'm not sure if he can match Hatton's energy level.
Castillo can bother Hatton from the outside, and is the best inside fighter Hatton has ever faced. If he can deal with Hatton's work rate(that includes pushing) I think he can stop Hatton.
We'll soon see. It is less than 1/2 hour from show time.

Understandable if you consider his last two outings before the fight. Imo Hatton only shows his best when he faces someone he considers really dangerous.
Not really, Castillos last two outings were much worse than Hattons.

who's gonna take it?
Just read the result,I would have gone for Hatton by dec or late stoppage,I thought Castillos wars with Corralles might have taken their toll plus Hatton looked in the best shape of his life at the weigh in,his abs were well ripped,,no way did I think it would end so early and suddenly ,but Im very pleased ,I like hatton ,his head is still the same size as when he was coming up,he seems a regular guy.

Kudos to Hatton, an excellent win.
Maybe Castillo had seen better days, but few if any were suggesting such a one sided blow out.
The big issue with Hatton was spelled out in the post fight interview, with the Guinness remark. Hatton does not look after himself between fights and unless he changes his way, that will hurt him more and more as he gets older.

That was some body shot,he had done some other good body shots earlier, the signs were there, but no way did any one i think expect castillo to go so easy, just shows you really how unpredictable boxing can be,well done hatton though.

Fine performance by Ricky. Him winning was no surprise, but I thought it'd be points of maybe a late stoppage. I think Castillo could have got up to be honest but he thought "fuck it".

Itīs so childish in the General Boxing Forum that some posters try to make Hattonīs win worse than it was ("Is Castillo shot?", "The fight was fixed, etc.), an excellent win for Ricky, when I saw how PBF struggled with Castillo and what Hatton did with him... I would really like to see PBF vs. Cotto or PBF vs. Hatton, he isnīt unbeatable like many here thinks...

I was worried about Castillo's chances after his last fight. I picked him anyway.
I thought Castillo did look like he had dropped in his level of ability, but to be honest, I don't know that he would have won if he'd been better. The whole time I was watching the fight, I was telling a friend of mine that he needed to be more effective hitting Hatton's body. Hatton was doing good body work on Castillo, and I fealt that Castillo needed to match it. I don't think that his punches were low, they looked like they were on the belt to me. I just noticed that with Castillo's hook being so wide, he was having trouble getting it in. His hook has always been wide, and I think he would have had trouble landing it on Hatton at any time in his career.

I expected Hatton to win but not nearly as decisively as he did.
So I guess it's-
Hats off to Hatton.
