Very good get to have Phil on with the current state of affairs.

It's sad that the public's and some sections of the media's perception is that a fighter (the challenger in this case for someone else's world title) has run an entire promotion, even to the extent of what the commentators are allowed to say, how the judges might score etc.

No wonder Mundine won't travel. He might have to play by the rules...or at least someone elses rules!

Great interviews DSS, and what a contrast:

Daniel Geale came across as a terrific young bloke, unaffected by his comparative success, modest, unassuming, a great young role model for boxing, Australia, aboriginals etc.

Then there was Mundine: 'Geale, I was confident I won by 4 or 5 rounds!' 'Sakio, he's a nobody'. 'Green, he's a bum, a robot!'

Just having success doesn't make you a good role model - it only gives you the opportunity to be one. The more I hear from Mundine the more tragic a case he sounds. This time round it didn't even sound like he believed half the baloney himself!

Why did Paul Upham say that Mandy couldn't get to center ring during the judges announcement because he had too many people to deal with in his corner?

The ref already had Mandy by the hand and the prick took off and and went walkabout from corner to corner. He clearly didn't want to be there.

Why do these wankers stick up for and lie about this when it's there for everyone to see.:huh
