If he loses to Wlad does he get to fight him again or Vitali

Or is it only if he wins :think

Can they have him against others or does it have to be against the Klits?

Only if he wins I believe, the same with most rematch clauses.

Win or lose I believe he has to rematch Vitali or Wlad and then the other one again.

The Klit twins have the option I thought but then I read in boxing monthly if David chins Wlad, Vitali steps up.

Even if he loses (unless it's a early KO) I think he'll get a rematch. It's probally still the biggest fight out there in terms of ticket sales.

Like Lewis' rematch clause when he fought Rahman.

I don't think they'll give him the rematch if he loses, they'll make a big song and dance about how he isn't in their league and try to kill his career in the HWs. They took that whole decapitation thing quite personally.

Apparently the first offer for a Wlad fight had a 5 fight rematch clause, where Haye got 25% of the purse max.

In the new one Haye gets a guarenteed amount from the 2nd fight along with a percentage, and 50% of a third that must take place in either the UK or the US

I'm under the impression that if Haye wins, then the brothers choose who steps up next. Then the 3rd fight HAS to be the one that didnt take the second fight.

So it could be Wlad, Wlad, Vit.

Or: Wlad, Vitali, Wlad.

Of those I reckon the latter.

That is my understanding of it too Unstoppable, I would think however from a financial point of view. If the first fight is close (even though I think Haye is going to get destroyed), and Haye wins it, it would make sense to have the rematch right away to legitimise the win and then take the "big fight" against Vitali to ultimately prove his dominance. If Haye were to beat both one after another, it would much likely take the sting out of a third contest whether the fights were close or not and hence sell less tickets.

I never knew Rahman was contracted to fight Dennis.

Why is it gay?I think its shit that the only way Haye gets a title fight is to agree to everything the brothers want, but it isnt gay.It wont matter anyway cos Haye wont be wanting a rematch or a fight with Vitalli. He is going to be taken out quickly in Germany. And will probably be considering a return to cruiser rather than annother fight at heavyweight.

If Haye loses, Klitschko isn't obligated to give him a rematch.

I think he means its gay from the side of the Klit brothers

Not Haye being gay

But the brothers so worried they have invented all these

"you must fight my brother if you beat me clause"

Well Haye could have fought a couple of contenders and become mandatory for one of the belts and not have to worry about stupid clauses. He didn't so they RIGHTLY have him over a barrel

Maybe thats why hes trying to get on Klits nerves because he feels a sucka himself for havin to sign the rematch clauses. And why isnt he in the fight night round 4 line up?

Good think Lewis had a rematch clause in his contract, or he never would have gotten a rematch. Vlad Vs. Haye is a mismatch, but you never know in boxing. Vlad by KO or TKO.

Given that Haye has been chasing both brothers and saying he wants to fight the best in the division (and on record I believe him) I can't see what the fuss is about this. Klitchko's keep control if they can win, Haye gets the biggest fights - that's a win-win.

I'd be more anxious about how the numbers split.
