Forrest springs to mind, as does Hearns back in his early days.

Thomas Hearns.

good choice,

when he was fighting iran barkley they where so big at middle that it looked like there where fighting for the "cruiser weight" championship of the world.

Mark Breland and Thomas Hearns spring to mind. Both were welterweights who stood at 6'2" and 6'1" respectively.

Gatti @ 130 and 135. Even 140, and when he "weighed in" at 141 against Gamache.

DLH @ 130 and 135. Pretty big @ 140.

Corrales @ 130 and 135. Castillo @ 135. Clottey @ 147.

Alexis Arguello at 126, 5' 10", too tall for a featherweight.

Joshua Clottey is huge for a welterweight.
