arturo gatti at super feather weight :blood
gerald mccellan looked pretty much like a light heavy weight when he went into the ring at super middle weight.
jorge arce and the late diego corrales looks pretty big too in their respective weights

Marvin Hagler looked like he would weigh 200lbs.
Tszyu seemed extraordinarily broad and barrel chested.

i have never really seen scott harrison at the weigh in but i hear that he is signifigantly bigger then anyone else in that weight class.

when he was fighting iran barkley they where so big at middle that it looked like there where fighting for the "cruiser weight" championship of the world.

Mark Breland and Thomas Hearns spring to mind. Both were welterweights who stood at 6'2" and 6'1" respectively.

Gatti @ 130 and 135. Even 140, and when he "weighed in" at 141 against Gamache.
DLH @ 130 and 135. Pretty big @ 140.
Corrales @ 130 and 135. Castillo @ 135. Clottey @ 147.
