That literally no or 99.8% of chins in boxing history would have crumped under.
For me, Wladimir Klitschko against Ray Mercer comes to mind. An absolute slaughter where Wladimir put together pin point perfect combinations again and again and again against Mercer. Incredibly brutal fight.
Dempsey/Willard comes to mind as well.

Except he did take it! :p
Always found it funny that Jackson beat him into far, FAR worse shape then Jones did.

I think the Lockridge/Barry Micheal fight was a brutal one sided ass kicking. Micheal ended up with a broken nose and smashed eardrum.

Yeah Baz took an absolute pasting in that fight...he had a rock chin, to tough for his own good..that was a career shortener that one...in fact a career ender.

He was trying to decapitate LaPorte in their shootout. Shame about LaPorte's ATG chin and him connecting first huh?

Cobb/Holmes...had it been any other HW at the time, or possibly in history, nobody could have taken the beating that Cobb did

Of more recent vintage, I can't think of too many guys who would have lasted as long as Penalosa did against Juan Manuel Lopez.
Carlos Baldomir vs Vernon Forrest was pretty impressive, too

Even though he "won", Would Golota vs Bowe II count?
Absolutely.
One of the most brutal Heavyweight fights of recent times. He didn't only take ridiculous legal punishment, but the combination's he took to the groin were disgusting. Ouch. Bowe was a warrior, man.

The beating Greg Haugen took when he served as the sacrificial gringo offender in Mexico City against Julio Cesar Chavez was totally
unnecessary.

John Mugabi took a pounding from Hagler before finally giving in in the later rounds. Razor Ruddock took a battering from Tyson also.

One of the first fights I ever saw as a young kid, and no I wasn't there!
Couldn't believe the brutality of Dempsey nor the courage of Willard to keep getting up time after time. Don't think Willard had previously been off his feet, if so, not very often. By the end of this fight his total KDs had grown by about 10.
Dempsey couldn't have done much more damage with a hammer in each hand!

Tyson's beating against Lewis.
Tyson is designed to take such punishment with a low centre of gravity and a short, thick neck. Short fighters have to take leather, otherwise they are weeded out by natural selection.
Having one of the hardest hitters of all time Tee off on him at will showed amazing punch resistance.
And it was fatigue and attrition that got to him in the end. He probably could have gotten up to continue had he fancied taken more of a beaten.

Kessler-Andrade
What gets me about that fight is Kessler was the one that looked hurt at one point, meanwhile Andrade ate every picture perfect flush one-two Kessler could dish out and went the distance. I watched that fight with my mouth open after the first half of the fight.

I remember Lewis saying after that, his wrists were swollen from the shock.

Jose Torres beating up Willie Pastrano was said to have "compensated for Pastrano being able to escape so much punishment in his career up to that point"...he punished Willie brutally, not to mention being the first and only man to deck Pastrano with that sickening left hook to the liver in round 6. The fight miraculously went to round 9 before it was stopped, and it ended Pastrano's career and probably shortened his life.

Yeah but to say that 99% wouldnt have made it through that is a stretch.
It was only Judah, a fighter certainly not known for his fighting heart and durability.
Guys like Malinaggi, Urkal soaked up similar punishment yet still saw the final bell or in Urkal's case was still standing able to fight.

I wouldnt class Ali-Foreman as a terrible beating (unless you meant Foreman-Frazier) but I agree that Ali gave Frazier a terrible beating in the last 2 rds of their 3rd fight.

Not the most brutal, but Chavez/Camacho for me....Chavez punished him! But Hector took it.

Walcott - Marciano does deserve a mention. Rounds 11-12 were bad rounds were Rocky took a lot of punishment.
Don Dunphy, "Marciano took such a terrible beating in rounds 11 and 12, I didn't think he was going to come out for the 13th round."
