i'm sure it'll be a good show, i know you can't say too much but what are the chances of seeing cotto vs clottey?

if in indeed setanta do go under (praying they don't) could 1 boxing only channel be set up say on the sky platform where people would have to pay a fee to view and apart from a lack of demand what would be the other obstacles to setting it up and making it a success?

Hatton took PBF 10 rounds, Hatton only managed 2 against Pac Man...and I'd still say PBF was better, different styles and all that. I'm a big admirer of DeGale, his first win was just getting past the nerves, his second fight I thought he was pure quality against at the time an unbeaten fighter (albeit a bad one), aggressive, switched from southpaw to orthodox and back again with ease, good defence and showed he can go forward and knock people down if he wants. I think he is a guy who is gonna grow up to counter punch so will not appreciate him until he can do that at the top level.

I have heard of Living TV. They have a lot of great shows but have recently been all over the news since their ambitious plans to wrest one episode a week of Eastenders from the BBC. The trouble is, nobody watched it because they had all the rubbish storylines involving Sonia Jackson and Big Ron and they are now in severe financial difficulty.

Like I said, maybe I'm reading too much into it. Can you forgive me though? The show would be massively missed. Also like everyone else has said- props to Andy Kerr for stopping DeGale talking in third person- the last thing we need is another athlete doing that every other sentence. The Titanic comparison is an apt one though!

De Gale came across very well, I dont understand why he gets so much stick, you need a certain amount of confidence/arrogance to handle the demands of his world. He is a real talent and I think he is going to sustain British boxing in the future, certainly think he has more longevity than Khan et al.

Watched the show through eventually - maybe I missed it but was there no mention at all of Haye, Klitchko's or Chagaev? Understand that it might be difficult to talk about but they were all supposed to be fighting on Setanta this month, all have business unfinished and Haye had press conference earlier in week.

Although we know Setanta are in major bother to not mention this is poor - unless they did when the army boxing was on (which I fast forwarded, apologies to 'our lads')
