As far as I know, no major US network is picking up the fight. It's a complete travesty. Is anyone in Europe providing it on internet?

Frankly I dont give a shit. I dont like either fighter. Whoever wins, may they be KOed by their next opponent in their next fight
Harris is the most underrated 140 pounder out there. He had a high profile loss against an opponent he looked past. It happens. Other than that he's beat the same type of fighters Ricky Hatton built a career on. He beat Jose Luis Juarez, Hurtado and Souleyman M'Baye while Gatti was getting fed easy meals like Branco and Dorin. Witter has a loss against a prime Judah. A fight he took on short notice.
Meanwhile, these guys have fought the hard road to get where they are while guys like Hatton fattened their records on mediocre opposition. To this day, I would predict Harris to beat Hatton.

It's a little odd to say the least that no American network is showing a WBC Light-Welterweight Title fight, especially as one of the boxers is American.
Sky Sports are showing live in the UK

I HOPE harris wins i dont hold any thing against witter hes a reasonable man but his age is catching up with him and its time he passed the tourch to a younger fighter, i'd rather see witter get beaten by harris then some shitty fighter like gavin rees.
