Skysports saying that the fight is pushed back 3 weeks:
Amir Khan's world title shot against Andreas Kotelnik has been postponed for three weeks following an injury to the Ukrainian.
Khan was due to challenge for Kotelnik's WBA light-welterweight title in London on Saturday June 27, but the fight has now been rescheduled for Saturday July 18.
The postponement means 22-year-old Bolton fighter Khan, fresh from defeating modern-day legend Marco Antonio Barrera in his last outing, will have to wait a little bit longer for his first crack at a world title.
The undercard for the fight, which will be live on Sky Box Office, will remain the same and will feature Olympic trio James DeGale, Frankie Gavin and Billy Joe Saunders continuing their professional careers with the boxing world watching.
The bill will also see Matthew Hall and showman Anthony Small battling it out for the British and Commonwealth light-middleweight titles.

I've heard that there was another Jeffries show scheduled up in Sunderland for that date, I'm guessing that will be rescheduled.

Khan is going to give even more of a one sided beating now to Kotelnik, Khan is lucky Manny is not fighting anytime soon because then maybe Dr.Roach would of not been in his corner in July 18.

i like how they say 'fresh from beating modern day legend,MAB'.
better off saying ' fresh from beating legend from yesteryear with 1 eye '.
the general khan fan is drawn into thinking khan is now a legend, each to his own then eh:rofl
i was looking foward to this, would acually see what khan is made of,but the new date im in bloody lanzarote, hope someone got it on:good
I bet this was made, so they could put mayweather vs marquez on sky box office as well, offering a more value for money package, kinda like the Khan - Fagan bill with De La Hoya - Pac Man back in december.
Shame its got tits up already this time!!

I think you are underestimating Kotelnik quite a lot.

Mayweather vs Marquez was/is going to be box office. They did not push the Khan fight back to this date to get this fight on PPV, because sky would never pass up the opportunity to have two fights on PPV rather than having one PPV.

Blessing in disguise. Get rid of Khan and the undercard becomes a quality Sky fight rather than PPV.

Clashes with the Hennessey date now.

I've just realised that ****** has conjured two Box Office events out of one.
Even for Frank, that is a new level of rip off.

Unbelievable if this remains a PPV.
the undercard wont be on ppv on its own ,he would then have ot find a nother set of fightewrs for the july under card ,and he simply dosent have that many fighters to give a semi decent undercard .

Also clashes with another Jeffries card in Sunderland as far as I know.

I am just a bit pissed off with all these fights blowing over, Kotelnik will be Khan's hardest fight to date, But I do see Khan winning this.

According to Sky Sports the undercard bill is PPV, but it's possible that'll change, or that Khan's bout will go on regular Sky.
I mean, he couldn't get away with splitting one PPV card into two PPV cards within a 3-week period...could he???

There's zero chance it will be into two PPV's.....

mayweather vs marquez is not on that date, the problem is it'll clash with the ITV4 show which is annoying
the undercard will be the same

Just heard from Anthony Small the undercard is getting moved to the July18th date as well so there will be only 1 ppv.
Maybe Mitchell will be added to the undercard now?

I did try explaining the undercard would also get moved earlier in the thread, but no-one bothered to listen to me! :yep
