OK then, I'll have a go:
1. Doohan vs Becker (1987)
2. Karlovic vs Hewitt (2003)
3. Krajicek vs Sampras (1996)
4. Curren vs McEnroe (1985)
5. Taylor vs Laver (1970)
6. Ancic vs Federer (2002)
Any more that spring to mind?

As for women's upset: for me it was definitely Graf losing Round 1 in '94 - totally unexpected. Or Dokic (then a qualifier) destroying Hingis. Henin losing to Bartoli warrants a mention too.
