Kell Brook and Kevin Mitchell have been added to the Amir Khan-Andreas Kotelnik bill on July 18.

Should Mitchell win his contest he will be rewarded with a world title bout against Roman Martinez in September.

The WBO super-featherweight champion beat Mitchell's stablemate Nicky Cook in March so he will double motivation to get the chance to fight the Puerto Rican fighter.

British welterweight champion Brook will defend his belt on the night against an opponent to be revealed at a later date.

This means there will now be three British title scraps on the bill as Matthew Hall and Anthony Small will compete for the vacant light middleweight Lonsdale strap and Matthew Macklin will defend his middleweight championship.

Surely those said it was a bad PPV card previously think that this actually is now a very decent card, and in my opinion PPV worthy, compared to other PPV's in recent years.

Great news.

Gotta give props to Frank I suppose, despite the main events on PPV being dubious to say the least he fills the undercard with alot of decent enough fights. Puts some of these HBO PPV undercards to shame.

Hope Brook is put in with someone who can actually take a few shots this time.

Hope Hall smashes Small to bits....cocky cunt :smoke

It was potentially a great card to begin with, went to absolute shit once the Cleverly fight was won by Hennessy, Chisora got suspended and Macklin got a mediocre opponent.

Presumably Brook and Mitchell have been added to compensate for those a lot. I won't be going now its at the MEN, its the day I get back off holiday and I'll have already lost out on my hotel and train tickets to London.

Its not too bad a card now, but nothing compared to Khan v Barrera.

Hopefully they have decent opponents as well instead of the usual bums. Especially Brook, he really needs to step it up now.

Glad a title shot is in Mitchell's sights now. I think he has what it takes to beat Martinez and grab the strap.

Also who's Macklin defending against?

As someone who has had to ask for a refund on his O2 ticket due to financial reasons I envy those who will be in the MEN for what is an excellent looking show...

I've just bought myself a ticket for Cleverly vs Mcintosh at York Hall for the same night, which could be a good fight, but wish I could attend both shows!

the PPV card will still suck as we will only see 2 fights plus the Olympians.

Im happy to pay £15 to see the 8 decent fights on offer. not to see 3

Kell Brook v Michael Lomax is on boxrec for the Khan-Kotelnik undercard.

Decent enough fight?
