I would take both Marquard and Franklin over Lawler. Both are more well rounded and better (not harder, BETTER) strikers.

Id bet money on it being Cung Le..

Dana been very complimentary of Scott Coker before.. so they could probably work a deal out. Hell Cung Le hasn't fought in so long that I'm sure strikeforce is ready to just strip him of the belt and have a new champ.

Plus the fact that Dana let Cung Le on a UFC PPV to pump up his movie.

Cung Le would be nice, he's not getting any younger so it would be nice to see him have a couple fights before he get's too old.

Belfort can beat anyone on his day, he is exiting and has KO power. The only problem is he is a superstar in Japan and Brazil and will have terms that need sorting out before he joins.

I hope it's the phenom. He has a very good stand up himself and is pretty good with his bjj. Vitor the phenom belfort will give silva a good challenge and might be able to beat him. :good

yea hopefully he can go back to ufc and fight silva. Silva is really running out of opponents at 185.

Maybe but i think vitor can give silva problems with his striking. He is fast and has knockout power to hurt silva. He can hang with silva also on the ground since he is a black belt in bjj.

Yes.... Dana blurted it out to Amir duing that quick interview during the fights last night. He said that he is working on getting Vitor in for a fight against Silva at 185. He said that if Vitor's head is straight, then he will be a very dangerous opponent... or something along those lines.

yup vitor has pretty good stand up and has speed. I think he will be anderson silva's toughest challenge as far as striking is concern. He also has good bjj and he learn from the best (gracie)

He beat Coture, I thought he won the Ortiz fight but lost on a decision, the Hendo and Liddel fights were close the only reason he lost is because he didn't have the wrestling to keep them off him so he could use his striking, now he has the wrestling to get fights on their feet and use his striking.

I don't know where to begin explaining to you how wrong you are with that Abbott quote. Abbott got his ass handed to him, Belfort made him tap due to strikes.
