I watched it last night AND 10 minutes before I made the thread, its been a few months since Ive seen the Limon fight & I was tempted to pick the Edwards fight but I knew that if it had been the other way around Id have felt like picking the Limon fight so I voted `too close to call`

People should take their time & watch these fights back to back then vote, Im curious to see which fight comes out on top.

I`ll do it myself soon then post :good

Limon-Chacon IV. What a fight! with a dramatic 15th round knockdown to gain the decision, Can't get any better than that!
Wasn't Chacon-Edwards II 12 rounds?

Something similar happened in Chacon-Edwards II tho, I wont spoil it for you (too late probably:lol:) if you havent seen it.... & yes, the Edwards fight was 12 rds, that shouldnt matter tho, both 12 & 15 are long enough fights to judge properly, its about what happens within those rds thats important.

heres my peice on it Chacon vs Limon 4 wa so action packed and the ifhgting went on for 15 rounds of non stop action The edwards fight was the same action in every round but lacked the 3 at the end but had the better drama in it with the KDs and changes of dynamics etc.. so i say Edwards 2

I liked Edwards II better, because I felt Chacon dominated most of the Limon fight. I felt Edwards was much closer and had more drama and shifts in momentum.

The more I watch the Limon fight, the more I feel Chacon did dominate most of it despite going down twice, he needed that KD in the last 15 seconds to get a win, winning the rd alone without the KD would have only given him a draw on the judges cards but on my card he could maybe have lost the rd & still won close perhaps.

The Edwards fight was much closer, I thought at 1st Edwards deserved it but after watching it again Im not sure, Chacon is a true warrior... he finished strong in both fights & for that, no-one can deny him these wins.

Still finding it extremely hard to choose which fight was better, maybe the razor thin closeness of the Edwards fight gives it an edge, maybe, Im still not sure.

2 of the greatest action fights of any era surely, breathtaking shit.

Yeah, I always thought the judges were way off on those scores.

I thought Chacon won at least 10 rounds, and should've been clearly ahead going into that last round. It's scary to think how the crowd would've responded if Chacon had been robbed of a win, they would've tore the place down!
