Like Rocky 4 baby! I lik eit. Why hasn't boxing used this kind of stuff recently? Every other sprot does. Football sure does. Wonder who'll get the boot.

Hmm, looks like they are going to go down from 16 to 10 in one show, without even having any fights. Looks like they really want to get the people who want it the most and are the best. I think they should atleast let them fight and not just send them home, but when you are given the chance to have national TV exposure and you arent't even in shape, that's just stupid.

Im with you. You show up fat, bye bye Son. And I think Wells is next. My man looks and sounds punch drunk. What'd he get on that reaction test? Like a 10 or 20 or something?

I actually thought his talk with Wells was a nice moment. Wells is obviously more than a little shot...something Im sure they didnt realize when they brought him in.

Im thinking Bika and Banks. Like how they set him up as the underdog. I thought this was a very cool way to start the series
So it's Super Middleweight this contender?, nice.

Yeah, and it's definetly more real deal this year. Im sure they'll have a repeat. No fights yet..this was all like a mini-camp to gt rid of the fat. Literally.

Can't believe they actually cut Rubin Williams so early. :-( I thought he had the talent and skills to go far in The Contender tournament, but i guess showing up out of shape and under prepared has also been a sign of why he still can't cut it in the real world too. The guy has always lacked dedication to his craft.
The whole thing felt like a football combine. From the way they were evaluated, to the way they were cut.

I'm very disappointed in Rubin, but not really surprised. When he was fighting with "Team Cannon" with Paco Nolan and Rydell Booker, those guys were notorious for not being in tip top shape. Their trainer was always on them about not doing enough roadwork.
Man, I hate to see a Detroiter go out like that.
is there anywhere i can download the show from? we dont get it here in aussie land for friggn ages.

Very nice, seriously can't wait for the Light Heavyweight and Heavyweight Contenders.

Im backing Codrington to win this thing, not even 20 mins and I lost my pool bet of Rubin Williams taking it all.
