Probably 10 at least counted, but from stamina drills those add up another couple rounds or so. At least 6 shadowboxing, I may move that up to 8 and focus more on getting better than stamina drills, and 3-4 rounds of heavybag work for me.

I was just thinking about doing that today. I think I will do that, it opens me up to doing more things, like I may get too close to the punching bag and when I want to throw a combination punch it'll smother my punch, especially a jab after a right hand because I step in with the jab.
I started focusing more on shadowboxing as opposed to heavybag today. Heavybag is just execution of what I've learned. Shadowboxing is for stamina, learning, and improving.:good

Around 15 rounds, usually spend 1.5 hours in gym with skipping, shadow, bags and if i'm lucky pads and sparring.
