Alright, lads?
I've let myself get into pretty bad shape in recent years, so I went to the gym again earlier today. Feels good to be lifting again and in few days, I'll be doing areobics and all that kind of stuff again. Hopefully, I'll be around 220lbs by Christmas, which is realistic, and if I am, I'm thinking about joining a boxing gym. I don't know whether I'll take it too seriously, but it'll be good to have some knowledge of how to fight, I guess.
Anyway, this is leading to the question of whether my current workout, which has a sole purpose of muscle building, will work if I start at a boxing gym? Will it be too much if I do both? I'll be going to the gym three days a week from now on.
Thanks.
