Anyone made anything ?
Tennis ball on string etc, kinda thing ?
Cubans used to nail pillows to walls, people used to chase chickens.
Anything you use for hand/eye ?
Ideas, links and thoughts are most welcome.
:thumbsup

also looking for ideas for home made free weights
i have some lead plates my dad made when he was a kid but i need a bar
If you can get a tractor tire you can do flips with it. Sandbags are also useful if you don't do much manual labor. Instead of a heavy bag you could use a car tire like you said.
Instead of pull-ups you could also climb a rope.

I've seen Billy Schwer train with a tennis ball on a string attached to a headband.
I've seen Flint Island use a piece of equipment that I haven't seen elsewhere. Basically looks like a floor to ceiling ball but minus the lower piece of elastic, so it just flies everywhere instead of springing back.

Seen KT doing this, headband and ball.
Flints sounds familiar to what i tried years ago, remind me not to tie to light fixings :patsch

The ball you are talking about seems a lot like a slip ball (mazie ball)
Mike Tyson used these a lot.

Not spefically boxing, but I made my own pull-up bar, and have some ideas for a dip station. I've got to rethink the dip station though cause the floor in my garage ain't even.
Made my own medicine ball, that turned out not to be good enough for slamming, but still good for doing some core work. I'm going to have to buy one for slamming.

Nice :bump
Seriously, what did you use for the pullup-bar ?
I have reservations about fixing one to the door frame.
Cheers :good

would you work with the tractor tire in conjunction with your boxing workout or would you use it during your off days? Did you do flips using time or quantity of flips?
