Has anyone seen boxers do this?
I've seen a few people do it, i'm looking for the brace Khan uses instead of just tieing a towel around a weight and lifting that.

Sounds like it.
Personally, I prefer isometrics with a towel and strong bands for neck work, but each to there own I suppose...

Yep, they are well worth purchasing i reckon, though i have not used myself, i see top pro's using.

Nah, i picked you up wrong, thought it was the 100,921,000,657'th mention of Khan everytime "chin" is mentioned. ( Brit Forums having an effect on me )
