This ones hasn't been mentioned as much as I'd have thought, been overlooked a bit, should be a good fight, the first one was decent, 2 young British prospects.

i would hardly count simpson as a prospect to be honest mate .he is still young but he aint a prospect in my opnion anyway ...

John is imo a cracking fighter, his recor is very decieving coz he has been clearly robbed on more than one occasion. I'd like to see Simpson in with Lindsay, I reckon he would beat him fairly comfortably on points even at the ulster hall.

Appleby is supposed to be fighting for the Euro title but as far as I know no-one has told Paul about it. (he's only the fighter afterall )

Anyhow, after a bit of a boxing dry-up im quite looking forward to this weekends action and hopefully we have seen the last of all these cancellations and pull-outs :)

Watched the Simpson Truscott and Appelby fight the other day.I think a similar fight to the first one.Simpson stoppage.Think Simpson'll be to strong and don't think Truscott'll be able to keep him at bay

I fancy Truscott to win this on points.

He looked stronger at the weight in his last fight (although it was against limited opposition), but I think he'll do a better job of stopping Simpson walking through his shots this time round.

Should be a good fight anyway!

Derry v Simpson was a belter. I had Derry beating Lindsay fairly comfortaby on the cards when they met too. That shot martin threw saved it for him coz he was on the way to his first defeat imo. The domestic FW division has a few potential great match ups, and rematches too (hopefully)

Id Like to see Simpson v Matthews 2, Simpson v Appleby 2 Appleby v Lindsay 2 and Matthews v Lindsay 2

Look's like a good bet Rocky . Hope it comes in . I put a tenner on Kevin McIntyre to beat Kevin Anderson in the first fight , got about 75 quid back . I'm not really a big gambler tae but that looks like a good bet.
