Does anyone know whats happening with Kali since his fight in Finland fell through????

I don't know he hasn't fought for a long time :(

He's nearly 39 now. I think he got frozen out. Too much of a risk for too little recognition.

He did say on Superboxer that he would be on the card in Newcastle... I haven't seen any confirmation but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Seems Kali has been screwed around royally!

He's just gotta get in the ring now - been almost a year now.

Kali was in one of the gyms on the central coast, though i never saw him train, only training who i think must of been his son. So i doubt he has any big fight's in immediate future.

Fidel Tukel, organiser of the Superfighter series on channel ONE, was siad to be trying to include Kali Meehan later in the series - assuming it goes past the original allocation of 4 nights that is.

I really hope they extend it past 4 nights,,,,it's not the best quality fighting, but it is still good to watch.

Met with Kali today. There camp are still pursuing Valuev as the number 1 wba contender. Frustrating as it is, they are looking at fighting on the Newcastle show coming up on oneHD. He also is interested in fighting the winner of Tua/Cameron fight which will be very interesting if pulled off. See what happens...
