Just check the list of fighters Floyd has faced since moving past 135, and look at the list of fighters in those divisons he could've faced that were truly at the top at the time. There's no denying, Floyd ducks the best opposition, and finds big names that are either way past their prime(DLH-Mosley), not very good to begin with (Gatti-Baldomir-Judah-Hatton-Bruseles) or guys moving up in weight (Marquez-Hatton-Mitchell)

Who fault is that. Pac pretended to be the small man for much of his career yet he has a history of outweighing his opponents.

Floyd moved through weightclasses undefeated while pac continued to fight the same opposition over and over again. If he would have won his fights quite clear he would have moved through the weights much quicker than he has. It just that his talent wasn't good enough at the time to do this quicker.
