Can one of you genius' outline the benefits of these type of excercises and give me some examples. At the moment we use-

180 Jumps
Tuck jumps
Bunny Hops
Burpees
Star Jumps
Med Ball Throws
'Jump' Push ups (Clap push ups)

Anymore. I understand these excercises promote exposiveness but i'm intrested how this works. Am I right in saying it relates to the Creatine Phosphate contraction.... Does that make sense?

God Bless.

Once again thanks in advance.

That's a lot of jumps for a sport that does not involve jumping! :p

The old ones are Bag Punching Skipping and Sparring :D. The idea is to cause as many neurons as possible to work in conjunction with an action as possible. Heels and Elbows are the clues to explosive Speed I have found.
