If lashley were to beat fedor what would the excuses be???

lashley being one of three poss. opp. for fedor since barnett failed a drug test what would be the excuses for pro wrestling haters if lashley did the unthinkable and pounded out fedor? would some say he was past his best or just had an off night or what? with lashleys power one perfect shot could knock anyone out even fedor although the moon and the stars would have to align for that to happen. if it did what would the consensus opinion be????

Probably just an off night total fluke, ala Serra versus GSP.

It would be legit. Barnett is a big wrestler. Lashley is more athletic than Barnett, but far less seasoned in MMA. If Fedor were to lose to Lashley due to ground and pound, tko or decision, it would just be because Lashley got him. Fedor has been planning on facing a larger wrestler all along. It would be a little different if Fedor had been scheduled to face a former, top notch, K1 fighter.

First, I'd be shocked, and at a loss for words. I just cannot see it happening. He doesn't KO Fedor IMO. He outmuscles him for sure, but I see Fedor subbing him, or getting the best of him.
Fedor is just a freak honestly. I've never seen anybody like him. The man seems so relaxed, but gets so aggressive, and he's like the freakin HULK! The angrier he gets the stronger he gets. Randleman dropped him on his head, and I can't beleive Fedor's neck didn't break....It only made him angry, and Fedor subbed him like 20 seconds later!
Fedor can lose....I think..... but I would never bet against the man.

I would say lucky punch.. that's the only way i can see lashley beating fedor is if he land a punch and KO fedor. Just like Kevin Randleman knocking out Mirko Crocop in their first fight.

Fedor has been rocked bad before in pride but still able to win.
