Jose Napoles belongs on the list for speed/power/accuracy.

I've said it countless times. Mosley was noticeably quicker at welterweight than he was at lightweight in terms of handspeed. He was weight drained at lightweight since he won the title. The move up in weight made him quicker, although he had increased his weight. Watch his first title fight against Holiday at 135lbs then watch any of his early 147lb fights. You'll be shocked.

Mayweather has more effective speed though, ie not telegrahing, flaring the elbows and windmilling/shoe shinning

Well everyone should think that way, not just us. The difference is so noticeable that it's more of less a fact.

i think for those picking mayweather over judah in terms of just handspeed you should rewatch the first few rounds of the fight. mayweather is fast but it shows clearly that zab was able to outspeed him.

I said it in the GF and nobody agreed with it which is not really a surprise considering it is the the GF.

Anyone who thinks Mosley was quicker at lightweight than welterweight is either mentally handicapped, a moon child or just fucked up.

Why do they not agree? Probably because he was previously a lightweight and thats lighter than welterweight, hence they think he can't be quicker after a two weight jump. Well, that plays mind games with people. Similar to an optical illusion, if you know what I mean. Let your eyes do the talking.

Too hard to give an exact list or even say who is no1 but I think Whitaker might be last here.
