Well?
All things being equal does out of ring activities matter?
If a fighter is a loudmouth jerk or has problems with the law do they get judged different?
What if a fighter is a charitable fighter with a heart of gold? Would it make a difference?
How much of thier personal story matters when assesing a fighter past or present?

Personality has an efect on who I root for but not on how I rank boxers.

None when ranking them. But when rooting, quite a bit.

A fighter's personality? Pffft, it has no affect on my criteria at all. That's why I have Floyd and Manny Pac at #1 and #2 p4p, despite the fact that I hate both.
Awesome....
I only LIKE Roy Jones. But I don't even rate him in the top 10 LHW's anymore, much less P4P.

NONE at all.
The man who is generally regarded as the greatest fighter to ever live was a piece of shit who routinely beat up his wife and kids.
The man who is often regarded as the greatest middleweight ever, almost always in the top three all-time, was an even bigger piece of shit. He didn't just beat his wife, he killed her.

well I think alot of people ranked Tyson higher than what he should of been when got out of jail, his extremely violent actions in out of the ring made him more marketable also and a favorite amongst alot of fight fans.
