Also, I've read that the bell rang before the referee finished the count (although I didn't hear it myself). If that's true, that's two counts on which Coetzee was screwed in this fight.

Maybe if he wasn't a hated white South African they would have. That's what always infuriates me about any "minority rights" driven group or organization, whether in the political or sports world...they never hesitate to practice descrimination and all other ways and means that they objected to be treated by and subjected to themselves, instead of being truly objective and "colorblind" according to principle.
