I have not heard of Regan or the bottom two so I won't be able to.
Although Calzaghe is obviously top.

Wasn't Regan the guy who got sent down for Assault of something recently? Him vs Naz would of been a good domestic fight and the time Naz started on the fringe World Scene

Naz would have destroyed Regan I reckon
Regan went 12 rounds with some mexican or someone simliar and won the WBO title

Quick stab. I'm happy with the top and bottom (although take your pick from Gammer and Meade for the botton spot) but Cook, Havard, Piper and Rees are tricky to put in order (I maybe a bit harsh on Rees but I don't rate him).

Piper was a lot better than people give him credit for. His prime coincided with Benn, Eubank, Watson at their peaks. Was up very competitive on the cards vs Benn.

I agree Piper was a very good fighter, with the exception of Meade I've seen all these boxers throughtout their careers, I didn't "Boxrec" the list. I can see putting Piper over Cook and maybe Jones but after than you've got to give credit to the boxers above for what they achieved rather then guess what Piper would have done in a different era (IMHO)
