Go Danny, this is his best chance to knock over a guy like Tarver. Though a close fight would be more likely to go his way at home, Danny fires up for the bouts away from home and if he trains a bit in the US the sparring will be much better and more appropriate. The pressure will be off him a bit more with the fight in the U.S.

For one Green beat Beyer the first time (regardless of the bullshit result). Secondly, Tarver beat an OLD Roy Jones with a lucky punch that he threw with his god damn eyes closed. He has been beaten by Glen Johnson, Harding and schooled by n ancient Hopkins. Hardly the stuff legends are made of. He is known to be a LAZY fighter at times, and he is getting very old. He stuggled to beat a mediocre fighter in his last bout, and if he fights the same way against a hungry and powerful Danny Green, Green could very well snatch the upset.

Antani is correct. Mstr is incorrect Green lost the first fight (actually in the most humiliating of ways), he ran out of juice. Tarver has skill and therefore it would barely be sanctioned.

He was clearly fatigued Shiner. You ought to have a look at the fight. Until that fight he had not been asked to go beyond several rounds in his entire career. It caught up with him in the fourth and fifth and Beyer made a clear comeback in those rounds. It would have been hard for Green to lose that fight given the points he had accumulated in the first three rounds. He just had a heart snap that was based on fatigued and an idiot in his ear.
